Emergency Roadside Assistance is available anywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling the toll-free number for a dispatcher.

A brochure detailing the process and information required for the claim, will be mailed to you along with your new BYUNSPEED CarCareONE SpeedCard.

Roadside Assistance Dealer Referral Program When a cardholder calls the 1-800 number for assistance, the operator will refer the customer to a participating dealer location, if the customer has not already chosen a location for service. The closest dealer location to the customer will receive a fax alert to let them know the customer will be arriving at their location with service needs.

Now BYUNSPEED customers can use their BYUNSPEED CarCareONE SpeedCard at over 16,000 Exxon and Mobil locations across the country for gasoline purchases. To find the nearest Exxon or Mobil location, visit their website ExxonMobil.com. Click on "Products and Services" from the menu bar at the top. Under the Consumer tab, click on "Service Station Locator".
