I've been through situations where "the next day" became several months so I was nervous that this would be another one of those deals where things don't come in when they are supposed to, and the whole thing turns into a headache. My worries were unfounded, as the headers did come in when Young said they would, they did ship when he said they would, and they got here today as promised. I looked around before ordering these for the best price, like everybody else. I won't say how much they were, but I will urge anybody looking for the Pacesetter longtubes for LT1 cars to get a quote from Byunspeed. Thanks for a great transaction! I'll be sure to give you a shot at my next order as well. As for the headers, I'm tickled pink. I have installed Hooker and Dynatech headers on these cars, and I can tell by looking that these are going to be a cinch to install. The head flange is 3/8" thick, and is welded on the inside of the primaries, and then the head flange was belt sanded for flatness. It's amazing that a header this cheap could be built this well! The Fedex guy was cool enough to wait while I opened the box, took out the new cam, and put the old one in so he could send it back. I talked with Young at BYUNSPEED and he was a great help. We decided on the Textralia OZ700 with the steel billet flywheel and a Z-Grip clutch disc. The aluminum one is no longer produced or I would have bought that model. The clutch installed smoothly (much more clearance than the LS7 clutch which is a BITCH on C5 bellhousings). The first few hundred miles the clutch chattered like holy hell and shook the car all over unless you kept the revs up on take off.
